No more paper-towel napkins for this gal!

Saturday’s champagne hamstravaganza was also the debut of a set of cloth napkins I sewed recently.

I really like how the geometric print of the fabric plays against the fish on the plate. And the colour-match between the two blues is very good in real life; the plate came out a little darkly here.

I used one yard of cotton quilting fabric and this very straight-forward tutorial to make a set of four.

I’m very proud of my corners. They’re so sharp! So classy! So grown-up!
